Role Description

This is a hybrid internship role as a Praktikum/Werkstudent:in in AI-Driven Marketing & Sales, based in Berlin, Germany, with the flexibility of working remotely. The selected candidate will assist in developing and executing AI-driven marketing and sales strategies, analyzing data-driven insights, and optimizing outreach campaigns. You will contribute to researching target markets, generating leads, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and refining customer engagement approaches. Collaborative work with cross-functional teams to drive growth and support sales and marketing objectives will also be part of your daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Marketing, Sales, and Digital Strategies.
• Experience or interest in AI-driven solutions for Marketing and Sales.
• Proficiency in Data Analysis and Business Intelligence tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and adapt to a hybrid work setting.
• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or recently graduated.
