B2B Services & Software | AI-driven Marketing

Location: Berlin/Remote | Hours: Full-time (40 hrs/week) | For enrolled students

Your Role

As an intern or working student Marketing & Sales, you support us in positioning our brand and our software solutions strategically and operationally in the market.

You work with modern AI tools for content, campaigns and automation, learn data-based decision models and take responsibility for your own projects from the start.

Together we design a concrete project for you, for example in one of these areas:

  • AI-based content creation and performance campaigns.
  • Lead and CRM automation.
  • Positioning our software solutions in the B2B context.
  • Building data-driven marketing and sales dashboards.

Your Responsibilities

  • Supporting the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies.
  • Creating content, texts, visuals and video with modern AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Hailuo AI or Notion AI.
  • Building and maintaining CRM and automation processes, for example with HubSpot or n8n.
  • Analysis and visualization of marketing performance and sales funnels.
  • Contributing to strategic projects for brand and product positioning.

  • Quick comprehension and enjoyment of learning new software solutions.
  • Sense for design and language as well as high quality standards for visual and textual content.
  • Independent, structured working style.

Desirable

  • Initial experience with B2B marketing, performance campaigns or content automation.
  • Interest in data-driven work and marketing analytics.
  • Curiosity for strategy topics and growth processes in startups and consulting.
