Would you like to do more than manage complex transformation projects? Would you like to move them forward substantively and visibly shape their results?

Novemcore is a specialized, growing consultancy at the intersection of finance, data and automation. We help companies make processes and data transparent, improve business steering and successfully deliver demanding transformations.

For our client projects, we are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant (m/f/d) who combines structured project management with analytical strength and a sound understanding of processes, KPIs and digital solutions. Initially, you will work on a company-wide transformation project for a leading logistics company and take on visible responsibility early on.

Responsibilities

You will take on a varied role with direct client contact and genuine scope to shape outcomes:

  • Lead demanding transformation projects and coordinate work packages, milestones, dependencies, risks and decisions.
  • Support the consolidation of data, processes, systems and responsibilities.
  • Prepare project and steering meetings, develop robust decision papers and consistently follow up on agreed actions.
  • Analyze operational and commercial processes and derive concrete improvement measures.
  • Develop KPI frameworks and define metrics, including calculation logic, data sources, ownership and targets.
  • Gather and structure business requirements and translate them into clear processes, user stories and solution concepts.
  • Design Power BI dashboards, from the management question and KPI definition through mock-ups and drill-down logic to business acceptance.
  • Work closely with management, business functions, data and IT teams, ensuring clear communication between all stakeholders.
  • Present analysis results to suit the audience and turn them into concrete recommendations.

For us, PMO is not pure administration: you create structure, drive decisions forward and work substantively on the project's key questions.

Qualifications

We are looking for an analytical, execution-oriented person who keeps an overview in complex project environments and moves topics forward independently.

What you bring:

  • At least four years of relevant professional experience, ideally in consulting, a Big Four firm, an in-house consultancy or a comparable transformation role
  • Experience leading your own workstreams with diverse stakeholders
  • Very good understanding of business processes, business analytics, KPI systems and data-driven business steering
  • Experience gathering and translating business requirements in a structured way
  • Very strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with Power BI, at least in business-side conception and ideally also implementation
  • A highly structured, reliable and independent working style
  • Confident communication and the ability to explain complex matters clearly to both operational teams and management
  • Business-fluent German and English
  • High commitment and willingness to travel regularly

Experience in logistics, operations or supply chain, as well as knowledge of master data management, data governance, SAP or Salesforce, is particularly welcome but not required.

Benefits

What you can expect at Novemcore:

  • Responsibility from day one and visible influence on concrete project outcomes
  • Direct collaboration with decision-makers and senior leaders at our clients
  • Demanding and varied work at the intersection of transformation, processes, data and technology
  • Significant scope to shape a small, growing company
  • The opportunity to actively contribute to Novemcore's continued development alongside client work
  • Short decision paths, direct communication and collaboration without rigid hierarchies
  • Rapid professional and personal development through close client proximity and broad responsibility
  • Flexible working arrangements outside necessary on-site meetings and client workshops
  • The opportunity to gradually take responsibility for your own projects, client relationships and team members

We are not looking for someone who merely administers tasks or processes predefined analyses. We are looking for someone who thinks ahead, takes ownership and wants to advance challenging topics with us and our clients.

You do not need to meet every single preference already. What matters to us is your analytical ambition, your ability to work in a structured way and your drive to create visible results.

If this attitude describes you and you would like to help shape a small company where your contribution matters, we look forward to receiving your CV and a few short sentences about your motivation. Please also include your earliest possible start date and salary expectations.
