The Role

As a Senior Consultant – Transformation & Business Analytics, you independently steer demanding transformation and analytics projects.

You structure complex problems, conduct quantitative analyses, and translate data into dependable management decisions - analytically sound and implementation-focused.

Your Responsibilities

Independent leadership and management of transformation, restructuring, and analytics projects for our clients.
Development and implementation of KPI, steering, and performance models for boards, executives, and investors.
Translating complex business challenges into quantitative analyses, forecast models, and actionable recommendations.
Leading client interviews, presentations, and workshops at executive and management levels.
Mentoring and developing junior team members.
Active contribution to internal methods, best practices, and our AI software product PULSE.

Your Profile

Experience

At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in top-tier management consulting, corporate development, transaction advisory, or an analytical strategy function.
Proven track record in successfully managing client projects and achieving measurable results.

Technical Foundation

Exceptional problem-solving skills, solid business understanding, and deep knowledge in business analytics.
High confidence in handling financial and corporate data, P&L/balance sheet relationships, and KPI architectures.
Proficiency with modern analytics tools (advanced Excel, Power BI / Tableau, ideally basic Python or SQL).

Working Style & Leadership

Pronounced ownership mindset: You take end-to-end responsibility from concept to execution.
Strong communication and presentation skills at executive management level.
German: native level (C2). English: business fluent (minimum C1).
